.:Wishing Tree Mock Up

This post about our mock up of wishing tree. Firstly, our group is myself, Faizal, Fizi & Azley. Four of us split up into two small groups. It means Fizi and I were making wishing tree part while Faizal and Azley were making teng teng part.

Here, I posted some photos me and Fizi did a mock up of wishing tree. We were used wrapped wire, artificial flowers, stick & sticky wrapping.

Then, we've showed the mock up to Dr. Nurul but unfortunately she did not satisfy with the mock up's way. She wanted us to make it more simple and we've to accepted it.

.:Sticky Idea

In visual class, Dr. Nurul taught us how to make ideas more useful with alternative way. It is STICKY NOTES. Actually this method is common to people but it depends on how we can make it more fun and really worked

Then, the students (each group of happiness project) have been asked to wrote all their ideas to expressed it on sticky notes so all the members noted all progress that need to be work out.

.:The Solutions

I'd decided to joined with other four members to make a solutions. We're choose to make empty spaces as our major problems. I take my part to sketch some knitted dolls and wishing tree.

The knitted dolls are used for decorations such as hanging upon the tree that located on the location problems. Next, I also sketched wishing tree sketches. I took suggestion from Dr. Zainurul to make the wishing 'card' more flexible such as change it from paper card to a pieces of cloths.

Meanwhile, my other members will make some changes the empty spaces with our traditional games such as teng teng and gelang getah.

Here, some photos, sketches and grouping ideas:

THE TRIP

.:Happiness

What is happiness? Happiness is a positive emotions state that ranging from intense joy. Human can achieves it by many ways but most of humans will choose childhood memories as their happiness value of life.

For now, I have to complete a task for making one of Malaysia's cities as a happy city and it is Georgetown, Pulau Pinang, Malaysia. Georgetown near with University Science of Malaysia (USM) and this city has its own sentimental values such as historical, architectures, art and cultures. I've decided to make a simple mind map sketches of Happiness City of Georgetown.
